Digital Product Nature

All of our products are digital downloads. Once a plugin is purchased and the download link is delivered, it is considered “used.” As such, we generally do not offer refunds unless there is a clear issue that cannot be resolved.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • You are experiencing a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within 21 business days of your support request.
  • The plugin does not work as described, and our support team is unable to provide a fix.
  • You purchased the same plugin more than once accidentally (duplicate purchase).

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • Your website/server environment is not compatible with the plugin (we encourage you to check our documentation or ask before purchasing).
  • You no longer need the plugin or found an alternative.
  • You request features that are not currently part of the plugin.
